Major updates : April 2024

We have improved the capability of SecuSign® API for being ultra scalable in very high sollicitation context. Highly desired new services are also now delivered to production. This has been done by the following enhancements :

• A New ElasticSearch cluster has been set up and now deliver the full logging system instead of local application logs. It will allows the application to log unlimited informations and more events. Consequently, evidence file (PDF, XML and JSON) will be improved with new informations (ex. Authorization token events for mail and SMS). Datasure will be able to have more granular information on each transaction, for any support needs/
• Advanced electronic signatures (AES) are now available. The customer needs to indicate the UID of a Identity Proof Provider and that this provider approve the identity of the signatary to enable the signature workflow. This AES is certified, please contact Datasure for any information.
• Qualified Seals with Click&Cert® service is now available. Qualified electronic Seals (QSeal) are now available at Datasure. All private or public organization can now sign at a eIDAS full Qualified level at the name of their organization. Each seal also has a eIDAS qualified timestamp incorporated. Visible seal option is already available, with type box or inline signature. Only 1 visible seal is possible per document.
• Click&Cert certification level : a new parameter "certification_level" allow you to decide which kind of certification you want for the document (it will appears "signed by"... or "certified by"... in Adobe Acrobate reader, with more granular possibilities.
• Inline Signature (Visible Module Signature) : improved the visual by adding eIDAS logo
• Mails delivery improvements : Mailchimp is now used to improved mail deliverability and to access to more information on it
• Code audit by external body : some minors and security updates has been done thanks to the audit report
