MyDatasure : improvements 03/09/2026

The following changes will be deployed on Tuesday, September 3, at 10:00 p.m. CET.

Breaking changes

SecuSign API

Phone number format

Only phone numbers in the international E.164 format will be accepted.
When creating a signer, the API will return a 422 error if the phone number is invalid.
For signers created before this change is deployed, an error will be returned when requesting an OTP if the registered phone number is invalid.
Please ensure that all phone numbers comply with the E.164 format.

Improvements

Enhanced security across MyDatasure services.

Additional information added to the signature evidence file.

Signature evidence files are now available in English and Spanish.

Bug fixes

Fixed an issue affecting data display on the signature certificate page.
