Generates a Timestamp Response (TSR) from a Timestamp Query (TSQ)

This RFC3161 endpoint facilitates the creation of a qualified eIDAS electronic timestamp. It requires a properly formatted TSQ (Timestamp Query) as input and returns a valid TSR (Timestamp Response) if the TSQ is valid.
